As a dyslexic myself, I can truthfully say that I understand what it is like to go through the education system and feel lost, incapable, under valued, unappreciated and, at times, insignificant. Dyslexia has been a huge part of my life and for many years it had mastery over me – my thoughts, feelings and self-worth all seemed to revolve around my inability to consistently perform to a set standard in the classroom.
It was only when I came across the Davis method at age of 12 that everything shifted for me. My entire perception of education and myself changed and through this I was able to begin the process of gaining mastery over my dyslexia.
Having dyslexia is like having a superpower that you can’t control. It is only when you learn to truly master it that you can manifest the power of this gift.
I have worked with individuals using the Davis method since I was 15 years old. The miracles that I observed take place in the lives of my clients motivated me to become a fully licensed Davis facilitator at the age of 23.
My work in education has also included extensive experience in the classroom and with young adults within the mainstream secondary sector. My approach is very holistic and aims to address the challenges laid out by clients in a creative and stimulating way.
I am located in Oxford, Malvern, Canterbury and Nottingham, England.
